The Merseyside & Cheshire Cancer Network was formed in 2000 and links together the organisations that provide care for people with cancer across Merseyside and Cheshire. The network covers a population of 2.3 million people.
We work closely with patients, carers, health professionals and managers to improve cancer services and to implement national and local NHS strategies.
The iVan Mobile Cancer Information Service commenced in July 2009. The service engages with members of the public in communities, at events and work places to raise awareness about cancer, promoting earlier detection and prevention.
